DECATUR, IN (NWPR) – Taking place in this city, it has downtown area with many interesting sculptures, buildings, streets, and homes just waiting to be painted. The Ninth Annual “Plein Air Paint Out” will be held in conjunction with the Decatur Sculpture Tour on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
