
ARCANUM, OH (NWPR) – Arcanum High School senior Katelynne Michael has signed her letter of intent to attend the Ohio State University and study Agriscience Education. She will be enrolled in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences and the Department of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership this 2025 fall.
The Agriscience Education program is focused on preparing students to teach in public schools; agricultural science teacher licensure can be earned in conjunction with the degree. Students will also develop a broad knowledge of the science and business of agriculture and graduate equipped for work in the broader agricultural industry.
